B2C Product Management Director
The Director of B2C Product Management and Customer Value Proposition (CVP) drives all aspects of a product from the vision to the sale, including strategy, creation, positioning, revenue and profitability. They show cross-functional leadership and span, working closely with, and serving as a connecting glue between, Technology and Innovation (T&I) Product Development, Marketing, Customer Experience, Customer Care and Sales, to lead all aspects of the success of B2C fixed and mobile products. They utilize their understanding of the competitive landscape and customer needs to identify new product opportunities and build the product roadmap. They take responsibility for product costing and margins as well as all aspects of each managed product. They work collaboratively with Marketing to drive clear communication of product features through marketing initiatives to our clients. This includes conducting multi-year product planning to determine product life-cycle decisions, ensure consistency with overall marketing and corporate strategy, and achieving product performance, revenue, market share/penetration, and profitability goals. They lead all aspects of market research to support or validate product roadmap or improvement decisions, and establishing pricing strategies.
Experience in high-tech, competitive intelligence, product management, strategic marketing, or strategy/management consulting required.
Experience in product roadmap assessment and planning; in driving and gathering business requirements, assessments, source/target transformation/mappings.
Experience in working with both the business and technical team, coordinating/leading solution design, development/configuration, and deployment across multi-dimensional teams.
Experience in business process analysis, data modeling and ability to proactively identify, manage, and correct data quality issues.
- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Willing to travel.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills, enabling individual to establish partnerships working with senior leaders and across organizational lines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders.
