Job Description :
Direct the marketing activities of the products it manages, to achieve the established economic objectives and efficient growth of the product. These activities include, conceptualizing, planning and implementing promotional, pricing, offer and packaging programs.
Required Qualifications :
Essential job duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development of marketing plans and sales forecasts.
- Development, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs.
- Effectively manage each brand's marketing budgets.
- Responsible for maintaining control over the profit margins (P&L) of the assigned brands and meeting the established objectives.
- Continuously collect brand/product performance information; Need and perception of customers / consumers in relation to brands. Identify opportunities and threats that may impact brands and develop strategies to attack them
- Implement the necessary controls of preventive and corrective action to avoid losses in brands and / or products.
- Periodically supervise promotional programs or events / sponsorships through visits to the establishments or facilities where the activities are carried out.
- Perform the maintenance of offers in the Price Point system of both the main customers and groups of customers (Customer Types) for the brands it manages.
- Among others.
- Analytical, presentation, negotiation and time management skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Word or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish).
