Digital Campaign Coordinator
• Implement digital campaigns both in the billing system and in ad servers.
• Ensure the correct implementation of the campaign to achieve better efficiencies of our platforms and better customer performance.
• Monitor campaign delivery against contract printing and client targets.
• Create campaign monitoring and optimization reports.
• Provide information on the impact of campaign delivery based on inventory restrictions, dates, segmentation, and delivery expectations.
• Verify the quality and specifications of the digital elements prior to advertising.
• Provide screen-shot to clients/agencies.
• Provide analysis of results to optimize campaigns and maximize revenue.
• Manage daily inventory to improve the performance and income of our digital platforms
• Reconcile and invoice digital campaigns.
• Serve as initial liaison for campaign delivery issues and creative issues.
• Implement tests of new formats or offers of digital advertising.
• Comply with all policies, administrative procedures and human resources established by the company.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communications with a concentration in Advertising or Marketing.
• Minimum of zero (0) to two (2) years of experience in the field or related.
• Experience buying or selling display ads, mobile, native and video ads.
• Knowledge of traffic and structure of HTML5 arts, "3rd party tags" and Rich Media
• Basic knowledge of buying and selling Programmatic.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation.
• Knowledge of the types of digital purchase (CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV).
• Knowledge of MAC and PC operating systems.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
• Knowledge of marketing and media.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English).
