Help Desk- Printers

Job Description :

  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.

  • Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.

  • Responsible for PC’s, Printers, Servers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc).

  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.

  • Assist with onboarding of new users.

  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade PC software.


Required Qualifications :

  • Customer Service Experience (1 year at least)

  • Experience in "Call Center" (preferably)

  • Experience in Ticket System Management.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Knowledge about Hardware (PC's, Monitors. Keyboard, Printers, etc ...). You must know how to differentiate hardware vs. software problems.

  • You must have mastery in the use of computers and know how to document problems reported in our system.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)

  • 100% availability to work in person.
