Job Description :
The HR Consultant is responsible for helping the organization in aligning key business initiatives with employees and management in designated business units. Serves as a consultant to management on Human Resources related issues, assesses, and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicate personnel and organizational needs proactively with our HR department and business management.  Influences positively the organization.  Represent the employees protecting their interest and making sure the initiatives are well balanced.



Manages and anticipates HR-related needs, workforce planning, talent needs, labor relations issues and concerns. Works closely with management and employees to improve work environment, stress management, employee relations issues, increase productivity and retention. Work in collaboration with the Employee Relations area of the Human Resources department.  Works closely with management and employees to improve work environment, stress management, employee relations issues, increase productivity and retention. Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Psychology from a recognized College or University 



Least five (5) years of related experience; or Master’s degree with three (3) years of relevant experience in Human Resources related fields.
