Job Description :

Participate in job fairs and serve as liaison to make strategic

connections with Universities.


Active source prospective candidates.

Recruitment: coordinate interviews, follow up and serve as a liaison

with Ops necessities for management positions.


Prepare employment records related to events, such as: hiring,

termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions using HRIS.


Coordinate HR engagement activities (wellness, round tables

& open forums).


Reconcile monthly benefit invoices (Hartford, SSS, Delta).

Coordinate LAC activities (Learning, Pay Equity, People Positive

Iniciatives, Partner Networks, among others).


Audit HR Support roles (HRIS entries to maintain HR compliance).
