Design and implement process.
Define and set up KPIs
Establish communication with different areas to meet the business' objectives.
Monitor and remove roadblocks impacting transformations and process improvements.
Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals and ensure the successful completion of projects.
Provide deep process improvement and LEAN expertise.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certified is a must.
Minimum three years of experience in process improvement and/or business analysis
Method and Process Design and Improvement.
Knowledge on process efficiency tools and methodologies such as design thinking, lean, agile, six sigma and analytics.
Proficiency in written and oral English/Spanish language
Communication and Collaboration skillset
Project Management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
