Maintenance Supervisor

Regular facility inspection to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Preparation of weekly maintenance schedules and work assignment
Recruitment, supervision and training of maintenance technicians

Responsibilities:

• Inspect facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and assign work
• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.)
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a maintenance supervisor or in a similar position
• Solid technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, heating, etc.)
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices
• Understanding of budget and performance management
• Excellent leadership and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Very good computer skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Secondary education degree.
