Job Description :

The Marketing Assistants will support the work of the marketing manager and sales team on projects directed at maximizing company profits and developing sales strategies or marketing campaigns.

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.

  • Support marketing manager and sales team in organizing various projects.

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.

  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

  • Assist in the organization of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.

  • Work closely with the Retailer teams to further integrate strategic objectives, sales objectives, and marketing planning to capitalize on potential synergies Drives Retailer-Specific and Field-Driven Programs.

  • Be point for the development of retailer presentations/interactions with respect to marketing and promotions, with the goal of generating retailer support and superior execution of programs in store.

  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.

  • Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market.

  • Oversee all brand marketing activities, including digital marketing, channel sales, social media, influencer programs, etc.

  • Perform market and client research.

  • Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting key performance indicators (KPIs) and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business.

  • Support the marketing manager and the sales team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.

  • Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends.

  • Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases.

  • Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy.

  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

  • Learning and working with various types of software for digital marketing.

  • Creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.

  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

  • Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.

  • Manage program budgets, direct marketing expenses (DMEs), and timelines to drive flawless execution of the plan, hitting all system milestones on time and within budget.

  • Make analytically supported recommendations to influence sales performance.

  • Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.

  • Seek out new marketing opportunities that fit with the brand and maximizing all opportunities for growth.

  • Benchmarking, forecasting, and using data to evaluate performance and success.

  • Conceptualizing and building marketing dashboards and reporting to inform decision making.

  • Identifying key trends within large data sets and presenting findings as actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Tracking and measuring analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team and build reports that provide data and insights into the decision making for all marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

  • Proven working experience 2+ years' in marketing or advertising.

  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience with qualitative and quantitative market research skills, including but not limited to data analysis, competitive intelligence, data synthesis, SWOT analysis, and data driven recommendations.

  • Project management skills including, but not limited to, budget and timeline management.

  • Experience with design software; Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, InDesign, etc is a bonus.

  • Able to work nights, weekend, and flexible hours.

  • Must be willing to travel. 

  • Valid driver license.
