Job Description :

The office manager will be responsible for establishing the procedures, protocols and policies of the company, in order to ensure effectiveness and safety of the company. Responsible for establishing communication channels, procedures administration, inventory control, and delegation of tasks. Responsible for supervising, according to corporate standards, all departments, ensuring that operational personnel meet the work requirements established for their position.

Required Qualifications :

• Ensure the efficiency of the office through the implementation of the organization of operations, procedures, protocols and policies of the company. 


• Coordinate the activities / tasks of the employees in order to maximize their efficiency. 


• Actively evaluate the performance of employees / work team. 


• Ensure the security, integrity and confidentiality of company information. 


• Analyze, monitor and maintain the company's internal processes and inventory. 


• Maintain a safe work environment. 


• Ensure that all documents are filed electronically or on paper properly. 


• Preparation of special reports as required. 


• Achieve operational objectives by contributing financial information and recommendations to the strategic plan and its revisions; prepare and complete action plans; ensures that the standards of quality and customer service required by the company are met; solve problems; complete audits, identify trends and identify improvements to the system and implement changes.


• Achieve the fiscal objectives of human resources through recruitment, selection, orientation, training, assignment, scheduling of activities, management, consultation and corrective actions to employees communicating the expectations in each work area. 


• Collaborate with the achievement of fiscal objectives through planning, monitoring, evaluation, and review of work; plan to disclose and review compensation actions; strengthen policies and procedures.


• Maintain financial security through the application of internal controls. 


• Protect company values by not disclosing confidential information. 


• Perform tasks as required and all that is necessary for the proper functioning of the company.


• Has domain in Microsoft Office


• Has domain in Peachtree System


• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Relationship Skills 


• Bilingual (English / Spanish)


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.


• Must be able to speak, listen, see and use their hands. 


• You can move or handle up to 25 pounds of weight without assistance. 


• Work requires 80% sitting.
