The primary role of a project clerk is to help a project manager in executing operational and administrative tasks. This includes:



  • Organizing project schedules

  • Overseeing project budgets

  • Preparing project status reports

  • Creating project presentation materials

  • Managing project correspondence

  • Maintaining project documentation

  • Keeping records of all information related to project for documentation, clarification and presentation to management
