Job Description :
This resource will be located in the Reception area, carrying out service tasks.
- Answer customer phone calls
- Receive visitors.
- Prepare, maintain and update service reports and other reports that are requested.
- Registration and Monitoring of cases in our "ticket" system.
- Coordination of Parts Order / Package Shipments
- Management support in any request.
Required Qualifications :
- 2 years or more of experience in this position or a similar position.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 100% availability to work in person.
- Excellent organizational skills.
