Job Description :
This resource will be located in the Reception area, carrying out service tasks.



Responsibilities:



  • Answer customer phone calls

  • Receive visitors.

  • Prepare, maintain and update service reports and other reports that are requested.

  • Registration and Monitoring of cases in our "ticket" system.

  • Coordination of Parts Order / Package Shipments

  • Management support in any request.


 


Required Qualifications :
Requirements


  • 2 years or more of experience in this position or a similar position.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 100% availability to work in person.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
