General description:
The position is responsible for the complete sales process, which includes from the visit,
search for new prospects, orientation, offering and sales of the merchandise until
make the collection, invoice and deposit in the bank.
Essential features:
• Visit existing and potential customers for orientation and sale of merchandise.
• Increases sales.
• Negotiates with customers price for the sale of merchandise.
• Guarantees the sale with the existing client and potential clients.
• Attends and resolves customer complaints. Maintains customer service and relationship
to keep selling.
• Update the inventory and price in the system.
• Visit clients according to the route of the day.
• Introduces and sells products to current customers.
• Communicate offers to clients.
• Increases the penetration of the product portfolio.
• Visit potential customers, orient about products and deliver requests for
credit.
• Manages collection of invoices, management of "aging" and deposit to the bank.
• Attends to customer complaints and requests.
• Transmission of orders, collection of the day and deposit to the bank.
• Informs the Sales Supervisor about the percentage (%) of sales effectiveness and
weekly charges.
• Informs the Sales Supervisor about the percentage (%) of profitability obtained
weekly.
• Informs the Sales Supervisor about the percentage (%) of penetration obtained
weekly
• Coordinate with the Sales Supervisor the special cases of delivery or receipt of
merchandise may be on an occasional basis.
• Submission of daily sheet of client visits to the Supervisor.
• Comply with the standards established by the company together with the policies and
company procedures.
