Job Description :
- Collect statistics that allow documenting and monitoring claims, trends, deviations in time to inform the Management of the Department.
- Develop and analyze statistical reports that support decision making.
- Act as liaison between the Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Service and Business Solutions Departments for the analysis and implementation of adjustments and changes necessary as part of operations.
- Assist in the implementation of cover and loss code changes on new products.
- Develop and analyze reports.
Required Qualifications :
- Possess data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of Claims manuals and processes, preferably.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Interactive system and database.
- Ability to express oneself orally and in writing in English and Spanish.
