Job Description :

The EHS Specialist is to drive adherence and compliance to all Environment, Health and Safety guidelines, corporate and legal norms and regulations, drive awareness programs and EHS initiatives and projects and liaison with government and other bodies for EHS issues within company and statutory requirements with the objective of ensuring a safe, secure and healthy working environment at LTPR plant.

Essential Responsabilities:

  • Perform all tasks requested by the relevant IQ MOVE processes under the roles accepted, some of the most important are shown below

  • Develop and ensure fulfillment of all necessary local legal and other requirements

  • Apply for local approvals and coordination of authority audits on local level including necessary communication

  • Coordinate the ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Management System Certification Audits within the location

  • Implement and monitor (incl. random spot checks) all EHS processes and requirements in the location

  • Advise and support all local departments regarding EHS

  • Collect and perform analyses and reports on investigations, occurrences, near misses, accidents, incidents

  • Perform HS Risk Assessment & Environmental Aspects Assessment

  • Organize and coordinate EHS facility measurements

  • Coordinate all activates related to Waste management on site

  • Coordinate annual medical checks on site

  • Implement PPE management on site

  • Perform initial EHS trainings on site

  • Control of Fire Safety management, documentation, approvals, control and of the firefighting equipment

  • Implementation of the EHS Statements, management and coordination of the new development projects

  • Monitor of the Technical supervision of high-risk equipment within the site level

  • Perform EHS reporting

Required Qualifications :

  • University degree or relevant training in related field

  • Detailed knowledge of the relevant legislation

  • Experience in occupational health & safety and environment

  • Good communication skills

  • Computer skills

  • Good analytical skills

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
