Executive Administrative Assistant

Job Description :

- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Assist with document preparation, editing, and formatting using Microsoft Office Suite
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with special projects as assigned by executives


- Supervise the secretaries on duty.


Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in calendar management using Outlook Calendar or similar tools
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in office management, including file organization and front desk duties
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and general office equipment
