Job Description :
The Facilities Coordinator, customer experience by supporting and managing the service request process and delegated assignments for facility and all-store operations and functionalities.




• Coordinates and processes service requests and delegates each order via SAP.
• It is the liaison with vendors and suppliers (coordination and follow-up) for operational needs.
• Monitors needs and status; prepares reports for the Facilities Manager on a regular basis.
• Create PO's and register the receipt of them in SAP.

• Reconcile monthly invoices from different suppliers.
• Program maintenance routes.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls.
• Manage the assets and inventories of all stores.
• Documents processes and keeps all store license and certification records up to date.

• Tracks maintenance budget spending.
• Administratively supports the Facilities Department.


Required Qualifications :

• Experience in coordinating service requests.
• Experience in coordinating inspections of mechanical equipment to locate damage, defects or wear.

• Experience coordinating the testing of mechanical equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and achieve scope of work.
• One or two years of training involving previous experience.

• Bachelor or Associate Degree in a related field, preferably.
