Job Description :
Responsible for the preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs of the infrastructure and equipment thereof, complying with the safety and operational standards. Such areas are, but are not limited to: floor, ceiling, lighting, plumbing, electricity, walls, doors, windows, acoustic ceilings, "rolling doors", "dock levelers", "racks", "beams", among others.
Responsible for the preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs of the infrastructure and equipment thereof, complying with the safety and operational standards of B. Fernández & Hnos., Inc. Such areas are, but are not limited to: floor, ceiling, lighting, plumbing, electricity, walls, doors, windows, acoustic ceilings, "rolling doors", "dock levelers", "racks", "beams", among others.
Required Qualifications :
- Preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs of infrastructure, interior, exterior and equipment thereof.
- Purchase and search for materials for preventive, corrective maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain direct and effective communication with supervisors and work team. Fill out service sheet to document all tasks performed on a daily basis.
- Ensure the integrity and organization of tools and equipment to be used and inventory/products/pallets in the warehouse.
- Ensure daily inspection of industrial tools and equipment to operate.
