Job Description :
Develop, execute, manage and coordinate new business opportunities that are strategically aligned with company goals. Manage Mobile Aircraft Services operations the Head of Mobile Aircraft Services. Creates communication streams and cross-functional teams across several departments to achieve successful project realization as part of the daily work in continuous alignment with central strategic functions within global network.

 

• Provides operative leadership of Mobile Aircraft Services Department. 

• Manages disciplinary and operational leadership of Field Supervisors and Field Experts in close collaboration with executive office team to align with strategic development plans . 

• Manages the customer relationship together with assigned Sales team. 

• Performs strategic capacity planning of Department. 

• Performs strategic development of the Department and Mobile Aircraft Services Product portfolio. 

• Manage performance, discipline, hiring, recognition and development of all Field Experts and Field Supervisors. 

• Supervise, lead and drive (complex) business projects including budgetary responsibility. 

• Participates as a member of the Senior Management Team of the company in decision making processes.

• Be a liaison and cooperate with central functions  / Segment HQ. 

• Actively seeks new business opportunities to create additional revenue streams.

• Identifies strengths and areas for process improvement, establishing links between business strategies and improvement initiatives. 

• Cooperates closely with central function units , other  facilities and segments

 

 
Required Qualifications :
• Production Experience desirable, especially Line Maintenance 

• First leadership experience is a mandatory requirement 

• Able to act with own initiative and judgment 

• Strong entrepreneurial drive and passion 

• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills 

• Excellent self-organization and drive 

• Excellent ability to quickly structure complex tasks and make objective judgements 

• Excellent intercultural competence and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English, Spanish (verbal, written); German desirable
