Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Answer service calls from our customers.
- Registration, updating and monitoring of cases in our “tickets” system.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Prepare, maintain and update service reports and other reports that are requested.
- Request parts from suppliers.
- Coordination Order of Parts/Package Shipments
- Support to the management in any request.
Required Qualifications :
Requirements:
- 1 year or more of experience in "Call Center".
- Knowledge about Hardware (PC's, Monitors, Keyboard, Printers, etc...). You must know how to differentiate between Hardware vs. Software problems.
- Experience in service ticket tracking system.
- Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 100% availability to work face-to-face.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Vaccination Cycle Completed 100% (No booster vaccine is required).
