Job Description :

Responsibilities:



  • Answer service calls from our customers.

  • Registration, updating and monitoring of cases in our “tickets” system.

  • Ensure compliance with SLAs.

  • Prepare, maintain and update service reports and other reports that are requested.

  • Request parts from suppliers.

  • Coordination Order of Parts/Package Shipments

  • Support to the management in any request.


 


Required Qualifications :

Requirements:



  • 1 year or more of experience in "Call Center".

  • Knowledge about Hardware (PC's, Monitors, Keyboard, Printers, etc...). You must know how to differentiate between Hardware vs. Software problems.

  • Experience in service ticket tracking system.

  • Knowledge in Excel, Word and Outlook.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • 100% availability to work face-to-face.

  • Excellent organization skills.

  • Vaccination Cycle Completed 100% (No booster vaccine is required).
