Job Description :
- Monitor the Company's portfolio of commercial/personal risks and identify the appropriate application of underwriting processes and manuals.
- Analyze requests for commercial risks and quote accepted cases.
- Assume risk according to the limits of authority and Subscription guidelines.
- Issue new policies, endorsements, cancellations and reinstatements requested by Authorized Representatives, Branches and / or Insured.
- Monitor Exclusive Authorized Representatives,
- Participate in the review of the Commercial Subscription Guides.
- Keep information systems up to date
Required Qualifications :
- Possess approved courses of the "Associate in General Insurance (AINS)" 21, 22 and 23, and / or "Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)", preferably.
- Availability to take trainings or workshops when necessary.
- Knowledge and mastery of subscription guides and the proper application of pricing manuals.
- Analytical capacity to monitor the company's subscription business portfolio.
- Ability to collect, investigate and refine information; Synthesize complex or diverse information.
- Possess risk analysis skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), pricing systems, policy issuance systems (Interactive System) and document digitization.
- Ability to express oneself orally and in writing in English and Spanish
- Presentation skills to individuals and/or groups.
