Job Description :
Assistance for Managers in disciplinary actions. Discuss the case with the Brand's HR Manager with a recommendation for disciplinary action. Assistance in labor cases - investigations
Participate in interviews, Collect data. Preparation of written research documents. Hire new Managers and promotions. Onboarding of new or promoted Managers. Coordinate the Managers' workshops. Assistance in cases of Domestic Violence. Initial Interview or Accommodations, Security Plan. Exit interviews with regular employees.
