Key Account Manager PR
• Evaluate andcoordinate market visits with his/her team, to understand, coach and adjust any topic to improve our presentations thought our Sales Executives, FOS or Dist. Sales Force.
• Responsible to coordinate the Weekly planification (visits, cuttings, product focus, execution) for his/her team (Sales executives or FOS)
• Support marketing initiatives to coordinate or execute on time any activity, request or information then the company would need. KAM responsible to the correct use of material support POP or other promotional material.
• Responsible to participate and negotiate our presence in monthlyor By-weekly (depend of the market needs) meetings with Sales Distributor leadership to follow up on action plans and recommendations they give on our market execution and establish a sales pipeline and inventory management support.
• Responsible to coordinate, prepare and present de QBR with the Distributor or client to present the results and next steps to reach our targets. KAM will responsible to request the support from finance and Sales Analyst to collect the information to build the PPT in coordination with the regional manager.
• Responsible to coordinate with the Regional manager, MKT team, Sales Analyst the Kick Off presentation every fiscal year to set and align the targets for the new fiscal
- Must be proficient in MS Office ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Must have experience managing Distributors, Foodservice segment or HORECA’s
- Nice to have: experience in both Central America and key Caribbean markets
- Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile and American VISA.
- Must have problem solving, strategic mindset and excellent communication skills
- Fully Bilingual in Spanish and English verbal and written
- High level of responsibility.
