Job Description :
- Inspect facilities regularly to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Preparation of weekly maintenance programs and work assignment.
- Responsible for hiring and training personnel and ensuring that maintenance or repair operations run smoothly.
- Responsible for supervising staff as a Handyman.
- Work everything related to the physical plant.
- Hotel repairs.
- Experience in hotel remodeling projects.
Required Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in the area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience supervising personnel.
- Experience working facilities.
- Experience working physical plant.
