Manager Store

The Store Manager leads the scheduled shifts. This includes running the store during the shift, assisting baristas and managers, training new partners, and delegating tasks. The manager is in charge of all the administrative tasks of the business such as; making schedules, purchase orders, receipt of merchandise and requisitions to suppliers. The manager likewise carries out the preparation of the product, customer service, collection, dispatch of the product and maintaining the facilities in optimal hygienic conditions, and those other necessary tasks. The Store Manager has an administrative day and the rest of the week rotates in terms of their daily and/or weekly responsibilities, and has to carry out the tasks indicated below, according to the business need. Store managers are in charge of store operations during their scheduled shifts. This includes opening and closing the store, supervising partners, delegating responsibilities, recruiting and training baristas as needed, and developing positive relationships with staff.

The shift manager should also recognize the achievements of staff members with positive reinforcement. Ensuring proper and effective management of administration policies, cash register, deposits, and quality audits is another important part of the Store Manager's job. Store managers must have the ability to manage the work of others and learn quickly. Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills are also important when dealing with clients and staff. The Store Manager must have the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations. The ability to multitask is also important as a manager will be dealing with a number of things during a shift. The ability to make decisions is also important.

• Fourth year of high school. Preferably to be studying a post-secondary degree that leads to an associate degree, bachelor's degree or certification from an accredited institution.


• Preferably 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience.


• Availability to work any of the store shifts that are assigned. Availability to be transported to any of the stores and when necessary.
