Job Description :
Plans, organizes, directs, manages and monitors the services and activities of the Nursing Department in compliance with all state and federal regulations aligned with the institutional vision and values.
Required Qualifications :
- Master of Science in Nursing with an Administrative Role from a higher education facility accredited or recognized by the Puerto Rico Higher Education Council.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision and management of a Nursing Department.
- Preferably certified as a Nurse Oncologist.
- Course in Supervision.
- Possess a current license and registration as a Specialist Nurse granted by the Nursing Examining Board of Puerto Rico.
- Active member of the College of Nursing Professionals of Puerto Rico.
- Preferably bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Domain in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Publisher) and Electronic Medical Record, preferably Meditech.
