The Organizational Development Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing strategic projects related to improving the structure, processes, and organizational culture of clients. This role involves assessing organizational development needs, creating customized strategies, and implementing solutions to enhance client effectiveness. The OD Project Manager works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget, and aligned with the client’s organizational goals.




Responsibilities:



  • Assess and diagnose clients' organizational development needs.

  • Design and implement organizational change strategies, including change management, process improvement, and cultural enhancement.

  • Manage the full lifecycle of OD projects, from planning to execution and evaluation.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and project success.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.

  • Present reports and recommendations to clients’ senior management.


Required Qualifications :
 

  • Previous experience in managing organizational development projects or strategic consulting.

  • Knowledge of change management, process improvement, and leadership development.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
