Job Description :
The Operations Manager will lead the talent acquisition division and the continuing education division of our HR consulting firm. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and effective operations in both areas, aligning activities with business goals, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. The Operations Manager will oversee a team focused on talent acquisition for various clients and a telemarketing team responsible for course enrollment and managing ongoing client relationships in the education division.




**Talent Acquisition Management:**
- Direct and manage the talent acquisition team, overseeing recruitment strategies and ensuring timely, high-quality hires for multiple clients across diverse industries.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, aligning recruitment activities with client needs and business goals.
- Develop and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and client satisfaction.


 


**Continuing Education and Enrollment Management:**
- Supervise the telemarketing team responsible for course enrollments, ensuring effective outreach to potential candidates and consistent follow-up for successful program registrations.
- Monitor enrollment metrics and performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the education team to align course offerings with market demand and ensure telemarketing efforts are consistent with brand standards.


 


**Team Leadership and Development:**
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a high-performance culture and professional growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills, ensuring excellent client interactions and efficient operations.
- Set performance objectives and conduct periodic evaluations to ensure the team meets and exceeds operational targets.


 


**Operational Efficiency and Reporting:**
- Oversee resource allocation and workflow processes to optimize team productivity and achieve division goals.
- Prepare and present reports on division performance, including recruitment outcomes, enrollment metrics, and client satisfaction levels.
- Identify areas for improvement, implement process optimizations, and work closely with senior leadership to drive growth and innovation.


 



Required Qualifications :
- Proven experience in managing recruitment processes and sales or telemarketing teams.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and ATS tools, with a results-oriented mindset.
