Job Description :
The Project Manager is the internal subject matter expert on structuring, engaging, delegating,
executing, real-time course-correcting and experience-based learning for all formal initiatives of
the assigned corporations. Serves by leading, consulting, training, supporting, coordinating,
monitoring and progress documenting, reporting and communicating to the executive staff.
His/her subject matter expertise is based on his/her profound and up to date technical knowledge,
experience and insights on what are the corporation’s best routes for developing and
implementing innovation and change in all areas and at all levels
executing, real-time course-correcting and experience-based learning for all formal initiatives of
the assigned corporations. Serves by leading, consulting, training, supporting, coordinating,
monitoring and progress documenting, reporting and communicating to the executive staff.

General responsibilities:
• Manages special projects of high strategic interest for the company.
• Leads the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal
stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and
efficient manner.
• Outlines budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
• Develops and manage a detailed project schedule with key project milestones, work streams
& activities. Completes all project documentation including Project Charter, Weekly Progress
Reports, and Executive Presentations.
• Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating
expected deliverables.
• Performs risk management assessments to mitigate potential risks, which may affect the
project success, and communicates alternatives/solutions to key stakeholders.
• Perform as a liaison between the project team and senior management.
• Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,
adjustments, and progress.
• Measures project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
to identify areas for improvement.
• Supports and follow-up to General Managers and Operations Managers to ensure the

Required Qualifications :
• Certification as Project Manager from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodology desirable.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
