Job Description :
In this role you will lead by example, applying your in-depth Quality & HSE knowledge to provide solutions and advice to address a variety of issues. You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Driving continuous improvement programs.
- Empowering the management team to grasp obligations and liability, local HSE law and Site requirements, and how to drive behavioral change.
- Facilitating HSE risk assessments by line management, ensuring all processes and corrective actions are implemented
- Helping to define the annual HSE budget, monitoring and managing performance against financial targets and constraints
- Planning and executing HSE projects, managing resources and reporting on goals and progress
- Establish Quality goals, work plans, and budgets such that lowest cost and highest quality results are achieved.
- Ensure that unit activities comply with all applicable government regulations and contract requirements.
- Ensure audit of areas of responsibility for conformance to quality plans, systems, and requirements.
- Analyze product losses, material review activity, manufacturing costs and maintain programs to meet objectives.
- Provide quality plans to monitor and report quality delays, control and monitor significant out of tolerance gages.
- Develop and maintain a communication plan to provide employees with adequate information concerning business goals and objectives.
- Be responsible for meeting customer / business needs.
Required Qualifications :
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Communication skills at Spanish and English is required.
- The ability to manage complex issues and work in cross-functional teams.
