Job Description :
Manage Medicare Sales functions of Medicare products of the assigned employees, ensuring the establishment of appropriate sales quotas, promotion plans, operational goals and communication of applicable sales strategies, tactics and corporate programs.
Required Qualifications :
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a major in Marketing, with five (5) to seven (7) years of related experience preferable in the insurance and health industry. REQUIRED LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS ☐ None Or (specify) ☒ DOI – Health and Disability License (or ability to request one within first 30 days of employment).
