Job Description :

"Ensure the proper implementation and adoption of agile methodologies within the team, focusing on projects that prioritize value creation according to key initiatives, and promoting an agile approach among the areas with which it interacts."

1. Manage the product backlog according to the priorities agreed upon with the Product Owner, allowing the development team to map out their roadmap within the workflow.

2. Facilitate the multidisciplinary work of the team so that they can self-organize, helping them create high-value products and removing any obstacles that may arise in the process.

3. Analyze and collaboratively execute the planned activities to achieve the objectives of each iteration, considering the available resources.

4. Lead the organization of meetings aimed at validating and demonstrating to the client the completed requirements in each iteration, following the established agile methodologies.

5. Conduct retrospective sessions for each iteration with the rest of the team to continuously improve the way of working.

6. Organize review sessions with the members of the transformation committee, sponsors, and operational committee as a means to foster organizational learning and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
