Job Description :


  • Answer customer phone calls.

  • Greet visitors.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update service reports and other requested reports.

  • Record and monitor cases in our ticketing system.

  • Review and ensure tickets are documented correctly.

  • Coordinate parts ordering/shipping.

  • Support management with any requests.


Required Qualifications :


  • 1 year or more of experience in this position or a similar position.

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Availability to work in-person 100% of the time.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
