Job Description :
- Answer customer phone calls.
- Greet visitors.
- Prepare, maintain, and update service reports and other requested reports.
- Record and monitor cases in our ticketing system.
- Review and ensure tickets are documented correctly.
- Coordinate parts ordering/shipping.
- Support management with any requests.
Required Qualifications :
- 1 year or more of experience in this position or a similar position.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability to work in-person 100% of the time.
- Excellent organizational skills.
