Job Description :


The Service Manager is responsible for ensuring excellence in customer service within the restaurant. They oversee and coordinate all service operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for patrons. Working closely with the service staff, they maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.









Responsibilities:





  1. Supervision of Service Staff: Directs, motivates, and supervises service staff, including waiters, servers, and support staff, to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.

  2. Customer Service: Ensures courteous, efficient, and personalized customer service at all times. Resolves issues and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

  3. Inventory Management: Oversees inventory of service supplies and equipment, places orders as needed, and ensures adequate stock is maintained to meet operational demands.

  4. Compliance with Regulations: Ensures compliance with all health and food safety regulations, as well as internal restaurant policies.

  5. Performance Evaluation: Conducts regular performance evaluations for service staff, provides feedback, and implements development plans as needed to foster growth and improvement.


 

 
Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum one year of managerial experience

  • Minimum 2/3 years of restaurant experiences

  • Bilingual preferably

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
