Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosis and repair of computers (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets), processors, hard drives, monitors, servers "workstations", among others.
- Diagnosis and repair of Multifunction Printers.
- Installation and configuration of printers and computers.
- Visit customers (own vehicle) at island level to provide service.
- Documentation of the cases assigned in service ticket tool.
- Train the end user.
Required Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Technical Certifications in Computers and Printers, preferably.
- Good customer service skills
- Sense of Urgency
- "Fast Learner"
- Own Vehicle and Current License.
- Completed Vaccination Cycle
