Job Description :

The primary responsibilities of the Service Technician include, but are not limited to:


 



  • The Service Technician maintains the standards of quality, hygiene, and service, as established by the company and its customers, when installing and maintaining its dispensers and water filtration equipment and coffee machines in residences and businesses around the island.

  • Installation and maintenance of bottle-less water coolers, water filtration equipment and coffee machines.


Filter changes.


Installation, removal, and movement of equipment.


Cleaning and sanitization of equipment.


Repairs and Resolution of Service Calls.


Delivery of invoices and service agreements to customers.


Sale and delivery of products.


Record of all services performed, and parts used in Salesforce.


Daily route management.


Inventory management of products, parts, and filters in the assigned vehicle.


Any other tasks assigned to you from time to time by the supervisor.


Planning and organization.


Attention to Detail.


Reasoning.


Critical Thinking and smart judgment.


Time Management.


Troubleshooting.


Independence.
