Job Description :
- Assemble, process, file, and distribute different forms and/or documents of the Department.
- Process the flow of telephone information to ensure communication between the Department and different external and internal units.
- Draft departmental communications following the Firm's guidelines to ensure the availability of required documents.
- Receive visitors to ensure their attention and maintain an image of respect and cordiality.
- Handle the receipt and dispatch of correspondence and ensure certified mail receipts from clients or any other documentation.
- Communicate the need for office material inventories to the Office Manager to guarantee their availability.
Additionally, the hired individual is expected to organize and execute administrative activities of the Firm according to established policies and procedures, in order to support the functions carried out in the assigned departments.
Required Qualifications :
Bachillerato Administración de Sistemas de Oficina o área relacionada.
1 Año de Experiencia en el área.
Manejo de agendas Conocimiento en cuadro telefónico Atención al cliente Microsoft Office.
Bilingüe.
