Job Description :
Will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients interested in certification programs and continuing education. This role is designed to identify qualified leads, provide detailed information about educational programs, and assist with the enrollment process, ensuring that interested individuals receive the guidance needed to make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to generate interest in the services, and a strong customer-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
Client Prospecting:
- Conduct outbound calls to lists of prospects interested in certifications and continuing education programs, identifying potential enrollment opportunities.
- Manage existing contacts and explore new sources of prospects using databases and other lead generation tools.
Program Presentation:
- Clearly and persuasively explain the benefits, requirements, and structure of various certification programs, tailoring communication according to the client’s profile.
- Address prospects' questions and concerns by providing detailed information on each certification and the added value of continuing education programs.
Follow-up and Enrollment Closure:
- Follow up with interested prospects to advance the enrollment process and support the fulfillment of necessary requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to facilitate an efficient enrollment closure and ensure a positive client experience.
Data Recording and Analysis:
- Accurately record call information and interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
- Monitor key metrics, such as conversion rate and call effectiveness, and present regular reports to the sales and marketing team.
Collaboration in Lead Generation Strategies:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies and suggest improvements in promotional messaging based on market needs.
- Assist in developing sales scripts and pitches that increase conversion rates and prospect retention.
Required Qualifications :
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, ideally in the education or services sector.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with diverse client profiles.
- Customer-oriented approach, with the ability to identify prospect needs and tailor program presentations accordingly.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and managing contact data.
- Ability to work collaboratively and contribute ideas to enhance telemarketing campaigns.
