Warehouse Manager
• Ensure the well-being of the company, helping to fulfill the corporate mission.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's standards of conduct, policies and regulations that regulate your work area.
• Make all food and drink purchase orders that are necessary for the operation.
• Ensure that merchandise is received on time and that there are no missing products that could affect the operation.
• Receive and verify merchandise purchased from suppliers.
• Return merchandise to suppliers to receive credit when warranted.
• Review and dispatch merchandise requisitioned for concessions.
• Verify and comply with quality levels and established merchandise receipt procedures.
• Check the temperature of stored food and check the expiration of the merchandise.
• Maintain access control to the warehouse for authorized personnel according to the established procedure.
• Keep the registration of entry and exit to the warehouse and refrigerator up to date.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area.
Knowledge of modern food storage handling and safety methods and techniques.
Knowledge of HACCP, USDA, FDA and other regulatory agencies.
Three (3) years of experience in areas related to the storage, receipt and distribution of food and merchandise.
Management of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Aloha and Menulink information systems preferred.
